- Day 1 : PINNAWELA ELEPHANT ORPHANAGE
Welcome to Srilanka ! After Arrival at Airport our Representative will meet you at 11.00 AM. Proceed to hotell. Check into hotel by 2.30 PM. Move to Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage Village. It is set amongst the verdant hills of Kegalle is a unique orphanage, where the tiny tots weigh 60 kg or more. This is the Pinnewela Elephant Orphanage, the world’s first and only elephant orphanage established to feed, nurse and house young elephants lost or abandoned by their mothers. Other occupants are elephants displaced from their natural environs by development projects or those found wounded. Kandy – a lovely exotic city, the Hill Capital and last stronghold of the Sinhala Kings is a UNESCO World Heritage Site which retains an aura of grandeur, time has not affected. Encircled by hills, with a tranquil lake in its centre, it is the site of the renowned temple that enshrines the Tooth Relic of the Buddha and the Royal Botanical gardens – home to one of the world’s best collections of Orchids. - Day 2 : NUWARA ELIYA
Today after breakfast, we will move to Nuwara Eliya city, it is a city in the hill country of the Central Province, Sri Lanka. The city name meaning is “city on the plain (table land)” or “city of light”. The city is the administrative capital of Nuwara Eliya District, with a picturesque landscape and temperate climate. It is located at an altitude of 1,868 m (6,128 ft) and is considered to be the most important location for tea production in Sri Lanka. The city is overlooked by Pidurutalagala, the tallest mountain in Sri Lanka. Nuwara Eliya is also known for the temperate, cool climate, the city is known for being the coolest area in Sri Lanka. - Day 3: BENTOTA
Today after breakfast, we will move to Bentota, It is a coastal town in Sri Lanka, located in the Galle District of the Southern Province, governed by an Urban Council. It is approximately 65 kilometers (40 mi) south of Colombo and 56 kilometers (35 mi) north of Galle. Bentota is situated on the southern bank of the Bentota River mouth, at an elevation of 3 meters (9.8 ft) above the sea level. The name of the town is derived from a mythical story which claims a demon named ‘Bem’ ruled the tota or river bank. Overnight stay & Dinner at Hotel.
- Day 4: COLOMBO
Today after breakfast, we will proceed to Colmbo. It is the trade and commercial capital has long been the traditional gateway to the Orient. Sri Lanka’s largest city, it is located on the west coast and draws together all the cultures, religions and influences of foreign lands into a pot-pourri of sounds, smells and a kaleidoscope of colour.
- Day 5: Departure
Today after breakfast, we will check out from hotel and proceed to airport to board a flight back to Mumbai. Drop guest at airport around11:00 AM. Here tour concludes with sweet memories !! We wish to see you again on any of our other Tour :)
